Future perfect tense rules and application

 

Sentence: I eat food.

In the above sentence I is the subject, eat is the verb and food is the object.

1st form of verb: eat, 2nd form of verb: ate, 3rd form of verb: eaten

Positive sentence

(I, He, She, It, We, They, You) as a subject

Subject+ will + have + 3rd form of verb + object

 

I will have eaten food.

He will have eaten food.

She will have eaten food.

It will have eaten food.

We will have eaten food.

They will have eaten food.

You will have eaten food.

 

 

 

Negative sentence

(I, He, She, It, We, They, You) as a subject

Subject + will + not + have +3rd form of verb + object

I will not have eaten food.

He will not have eaten food.

She will not have eaten food.

It will not have eaten food.

We will not have eaten food.

They will not have eaten food.

You will not have eaten food.

 

 

 

Interrogative sentence

(I, He, She, It, We, They, You) as a subject

Will + subject + have+ + 3rd form of verb + object

 

Will I have eaten food?

Will he have eaten food?

Will she have eaten food?

Will it have eaten food?

Will we have eaten food?

Will they have eaten food?
