Active voice sentence: I eat food.

Passive voice sentence: Food is eaten by me.

In the above sentence I is the subject, eat is the verb and food is the object.

 

1st form of verb or present tense:    eat

2nd form of verb or past tense:         ate

3rd form of verb or past participle:  eaten

 

Positive sentence

Food is being eaten by me.

(He) as a subject
