Good communication skills. Why?
The businesses are not only operating in their own countries, but also in other countries in the world. To convey a message or an idea to a person with a totally different background, culture and ethnicity a person should have very good communication skills. The sender should make oneself understandable and be able to convey a message appropriately.
2. Formation of team
All employees in a company are expected to make business decisions. Everyone has to contribute their ideas in order to solve a problem because most of the problems are to be solved by a team. The employees should also be able to communicate with each other properly in order to speed the process of work.
