I recall that I had gone for a meeting with my best friend to discuss the improvements which could be made in the neighborhood. At first, everyone was allowed to have a phone, but then all of a sudden, an announcement was made which prohibited the people from using the mobile phones. Although the meeting only lasted for 40 minutes, I felt very bad because I had to make a very important call to my mother. I had to tell her the time at which I was going to reach home because some guests were waiting for me over there.
