    Division of labour is a when a whole process is divided into smaller tasks. Each task is performed by a different worker. Division of labour is commonly used when the company wants to increase the number of goods produced.

    For example:
    If a chair has to produced then
    Worker A will make the legs of the chairs
    Worker B will make the backs of the chairs
    Worker C will make the foam
