IELTS Speaking Tip no.9: Confidence does not exist

I see people talking about confidence and hesitation all the time, but has anyone ever understood the real meaning of confidence. There is no such thing as confidence. Having no confidence does not mean you would not be able speak English, you will only not be able to speak English if you do not know how to speak it.
